A bidding war will soon spark off for Manchester City’s Nigerian striker, Kelechi Iheanacho, as two Premier League sides, West Ham United and Everton have joined Bundelsliga top club, Borrusia Dortmund in search for the player’s signature.
Reports have emerged that Everton FC wants Nigeria’s Kelechi Iheanacho as replacement for their departing top striker Romelu Lukaku and the club has tabled a £20 million pounds bid for the out of favour Manchester City striker.
Also the Citizens (Manchester City) are prepared to listen to offers for Iheanacho to assist them have more funds to do transfer business in the summer, according to Standard Sport.
Borussia Dortmund, Hoffenheim, Bayer Leverkusen and Everton have all been credited with an interest in the former Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles star.
The 20-year-old has found game time at the Etihad Stadium hard to come by, making only five starts in the Premier League this term.
Iheanacho, who has a contract with City until 2021, is available for around 20 million pounds.
