At Ijebu Ode over the weekend, all the comedians at the star-studded Glo Laffta Fest were great on their job, but the duo of Seyi Law and Acapella were exceptionally dazzling.
Showstopper comedians, Acapella, Seyi Law, Still Ringing, Arinze Baba, Gordons, and the dean of stand-up comedy, Basketmouth were in their best elements as the biggest comedy show in the country, Glo Laffta Fest hit the South Western town on Sunday.
Acapella dealt out jokes about politics, the economy and religion, while Seyi Law poked fun at himself, his childhood and his family. He drew humorous parallels between how parents corrected their children in the past and how they do it in contemporary times.
The jokes resonated well with the hundreds of parents and a bunch of grandparents who were in the audience.
