The chairman of Bwari Area Council, Hon. Musa Dikko has called on the residents of Dutse Baupma community to open up the place for development.
He advised the residents to commence execution of physical projects that would bring about in-frastructural facilities that could attract government attention.
Hon. Dikko stated this when he visited Dutse Baupma community, recently.
The chairman decried the situation of abandoning the area without embarking on projects that would transform the place, saying there was the need to bring in investors.
According to him, the community was backwards due to the lack of infrastructure, which he said could be possible if the residents or stakeholders open up the area.
“The residents have to open up Baupma community by embarking on projects that can help open up the entire area, or attract investors that can bring about activities that will transform the place.”
Responding on behalf of the residents, Chairman of Azman Oil, Alhaji Abdulmunaf Yunusa, represented by Comrade Yahaya Akpa Egbunu assured the council chairman of their readiness to intervene.
He said members of the community with other investors would be attract to execute meaningful projects that would open up the area.
