The chairman of Kuje Area Council, Hon. Abdullahi Galadima has disclosed that farmers within the area would not be abandoned in carrying out projects designed by his administration for execution.
The chairman said as rainy season sets in, his administration would look for a better alternatives that can assist genuine farmers in the area.
“Most Kuje residents are farmers, but I can just promise them, they are not going to be forgotten, no matter the situation of things, there will be an arrangement for them when the need comes up”.
Though he was not specific on the programme he had put in place for the farmers, or planning for them but he assured that there would be measures to enhance their farming activities.
He said considering the contribution of farming activities to the society, he was going to encourage all the farmers on the necessary areas that will make them boost farming.
