FBNInsurance has hosted the first customers’ forum in in Aba, the commercial city of Abia State.
The inaugural Customer Forum, according to company, is part of her corporate strategy to bring insurance closer to the people.
The Forum, according to a statement obtained from the Marketing and Corporate Communications department of the firm, provided an avenue for the company’s loyal customers and prospective customers within Aba region to have a meet-and-greet with the top management of the company, air their views, concerns, opinions and suggestions on everything related to the company and its subsidiary, FBN General Insurance.
