Beauty Queen commences “Kick Out Cancer Initiative”

Following her emergence as winner of Miss Radiant Nigeria 2017, Her Majesty, Queen Adetola Adenubi has commenced one of the cardinal projects of her office, the “Kick Out Cancer Initiative”

In a press release signed by Samuel Ifebi, Barthnons Entertainment, the Queen will on Sunday, August 5, hold a free Cancer Screening event at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Overcomers Parish Mushin, Lagos State, where over 100 ladies will be receiving free breast and cervical cancer screenings and lecture.

Kick Out Cancer Initiative was a pet project of Queen Adetola Adenubi and was designed to ensure reduction in fatalities associated Cancer.

The release also stated that part of the activities programmed for the event on Sunday include a lecture to teach women on how to carry out simple self-detection tests to examine their bodies, as early detection is key to cancer prevention.

The Kick Out Cancer Initiative involves lectures, sensitization, empowerment campaigns, and free screening on breast and cervical cancer.

“The Queen has severally taken her Kick Out Cancer Initiative to the media in Lagos, churches, mosques, schools, market places and local government areas, to educate our younger generation,” the release stated.
