Students honour Rector, others over devt in Jigawa

Nigerian Computer Science Students Association, Jigawa State Polytechnic chapter has honoured some dignitaries in the state that have contributed immensely to the development of education in the state.
Those honoured are Managing Director, Jigawa State Radio Corporation Alhaji Mati Ali, Rector Jigawa State Polytechnic, Dutse, Dr Aliyu Abdu and former Northwest Vice President NAWOJ who is also Radio Deutsche Weller reporter, Hajiya Zainab Shuaibu Rabo Ringim who received award as the best grassroots reporter.
Zainab Rabo was applauded for her support in the human development through her reportage.
The Rector of the polytechnic, Dr Aliyu commended the effort of the association towards encouraging those who have contributed in one way or the other to the development of the State.
While receiving her award, Hajiya Zainab Rabo Ringim promised to double her effort in sustaining the educational standard and bring out the best of her reporting that will bring about positive change in policy making and implementation for the betterment of the younger generation.
Lastly, she dedicated her award to the journalist who are facing challenges in bringing out the truth.
