The National Coordinator of Buhari/Osinbajo Ideology Supporters (BOIS-2019), Hajia Amina Bature, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari is doing enough to reposition Nigeria’s battered economy.

Bature said that Buhari inherited a battered economy which he is working hard to transform since he assumed office on May 29, 2015.

At the inauguration the BOIS -2019 executives from the 36 states of the federation in Abuja, Bature said that despite the bad shape the President met the economy Nigeria would soon become an exporting country due to Buhari’s hard work.

She said that it was against this backdrop that her group was working hard to return Buhari for a second term.

Bature told BOIS supporters that several projects the government met in office had been completed while new ones were initiated.

On the allegation that Buhari was encouraging killings across the country, Bature said that no religion tolerates killing, “no matter what the situation is”, adding that the President was committed to bringing the situation to an end.

She said: “Despite the situation he is capable of ruling Nigeria. We all believe we are in pain, but people should realise that you can never have gain without pain which is what the President says.” Hajia Bature stressed that Buhari is not a manipulator but a sincere man which is why the group wants him to come back in 2019.

Earlier, the Chairman, Board of Trustees BOIS-2019, Alhaji Kabir Nakaru Dutsun-Ma, who was represented by Deaconess Rita Solari Inko Tariah, the National Secretary Buhari Focus Group, said that the ideology groups believe in the ideas of Buhari/ Osinbajo.

He called on them to give the President and his vice the support for a second term describing them as one of the most focused groups.

In his speech at the event, Sir Uche Nnadozie Chocho for South East Zonal Coordinator, showered praises Buhari and called on members of the group to work towards returning the President in 2019.

The group’s Deputy Zonal Co-ordinator for South-East, Mr. Goodluck Nwabudike, said that Buhari is fighting corruption and wants to establish a country free of corrupt elements.
