A renowned lawyer and philanthropist, Dr Ijeoma Victoria Ehieze, has emerged victorious at the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), primary election for the House of Representatives.

Ehieze, who holds a doctorate degree in Law, won the primaries to contest in the 2019 general election for Ehime-Mbano, Ihitte Uboma and Obowo federal constituency.

The Consultant with the United Nations (UN) is one of the few women that won the APGA ticket to contest the 2019 general elections.

Her victory at the polls to contest for the House of Reps in Imo, according to some party faithful, has earned a lot of commendations and accolades to the party especially in the wake of the uproar that trailed the failure of Mrs Bianca Ojukwu to pick the party’s senatorial seat in Anambra.

Her victory is also seen as a succor and a remedy to those that are being pained and complained that new entrants were given tickets to the detriment of stable and loyal party faithful.

Dr Ehieze, a philanthropist of note, has been of immense assistant to the people of her constituency. She was said to have constructed bore holes, established empowerment schemes of different hues.

She holds a doctorate degree in Law and another doctorate in Leadership and Counselling.
