Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Nkwerre, Isu, Nwangele and Njaba Federal Constituency in 2019 general elections, Kingsley Echendu, has described his victory as a clarion call to serve humanity.

Echendu disclosed this at his Amaju Umueleke Isu Njaba ancestral home while thanking the party stakeholders for assisting him to win the party ticket during the last primary.

He noted that winning the PDP primaries for the Federal Constituency, which he argued historically stands as the largest in Nigeria was titanic as three political heavy weights were cleared for the race. More so, to emerge as PDP candidate of the federal constituency is no mean feat. with 64 votes while Uzochukwu came a distance third with 42 votes.

Echendu further said that the result of the election is a justification of an implicit trust of the Federal Constituency in him of which he is duty bound to deliver democratic dividends to them through effective and robust representations.

He assured of running an open door mass oriented campaign while promising to overwhelmingly deliver the Federal Constituency to PDP during February general election
