Antonio Conte has not given up on seeking compensation from Chelsea.
There was some contention about the finances behind his settlement when he was sacked by the Blues this past summer.
Now it appears that his £9 million settlement is going to the High Court, per The Sun.
Chelsea argued some of his behaviour, including sending a text to Diego Costa saying he was no longer wanted him the previous summer, breached his contract.
But the Italian wants to be paid out in full, highlighting his FA Cup win before his sacking as proof he was still doing an upstanding job.
