There are strong indications that a hoard of the members of Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) who sneaked out if the country at the heat of government close-up on the group may find it difficult coming back to the country.
This development is as a result of the resolve by the government to shutdown all trouble spots that may be capitalized by the various insurgency outfits to increase the security situation in the country.
Our investigations from the Nigerian Police formations in Umuahia indicate that members identified as Paschal Onyii Umeh, Ozzi Muo, Douglas Cebe, Obyje Mentu, and Nnadi Okeh, Okoye Ekwe who have been identified to be taking refuge in Canada, USA, Spain, Italy and Cyprus are top on their list.
Further investigations from the Special Crimes Investigations Unit in Umuahia is on top of the list. A security officer from the unit who pleaded anonymity told us that the six members have been in police radar.
He indicated that such characters have resorted to embarrassing the country and its dignitaries across the globe after they have failed to return to Nigeria.
