The founder the Rebirth Initiative known as Teas and teachers with teacher Dora, is an outreach program to empowered educators and parents ( generally adults) as adults have the role of nurturing children and we are in a season as a country and a community in the world, where there is needs for value education.
According to Ayeni, “what we seek to achieved with teas and teachers with teacher Dora national tour, is to travel to as many cities as we can in Nigeria, sharing the skill of valued education and transparent to adults and so that they will be able to used those skills to help the children to become better people.
She said, “the change that we seek in the world, we can only get from the children and the best way to get that is to transfer value in the most seemless way possible. So that there will be no conflict as we see now of the young and old people who seem not to understand each other.
Those difficult things that make it difficult for children to adapted into what is expected of them. So, our primary goal is to equipped teachers and parents with the skills of value education and transparent to children and to show them how to managed and understand when children begin to question what is happening around them and how to managed stress in children’s.
For, this is also another thing that we have find is increasing in our childhood community. So, that is what we seem to achieved.
She noted that, “teas and Teaching with Teacher Dora visitation tour first batch, will be visiting six states in Nigeria within eight days to share the skills with the parents and the teachers, that attended every of the session. All sessions are free, but we encourage parents to register so that we can reserve space for them.
On the people who are targeted, she said parents, school owners, teachers, young people and basically people in the business of educating children.
According to the educationist, “valued education is the system that we create to enable us transfer what we consider important in our lives, to the people who are associated to us, which can be children, students, family members, people in our society. One of the things we seek to achieve at end of the tour, is to have an alliance for teachers.
