Overall Commander of Kogi Kidnappers arrested with 20 Gang members (PHOTOS)

Halti Bello, a kidnap kingpin who is the overall commander of kidnappers in Kogi state has been captured through a joint operation by the personnel of IRT and Kogi state police command.
Abba Kyari, the police officer who was instrumental in the arrest of the notorious billionaire kidnapper, Evans, made this known on Facebook. The criminals who are said to be responsible for the recent kidnap and murder of a Portuguese expatriate are responsible for for the kidnappings and killings in Okene-Lokoja Road, Okene-Kabba Road and Ajaokuta Axis Of Kogi state.

“In Lokoja Kogi State today were Deadly Kidnappers including the Overall Commander Of Kidnappers in Kogi State Halti Bello and 20 of his Gang-members Terrorizing Okene-Lokoja Road, Okene-kabba Road and Ajaokuta Axis Of Kogi state and responsible for the recent kidnapping and murder of a Portuguese expatriate and many innocent Nigerians in Kogi and Edo states were arrested jointly by IRT and Kogi state police command personnel.”
Force Public Relation Officer FPRO CSP Jimoh Moshood Paraded the Kidnappers before the Press in Lokoja today.”
