In compliance with the judgment of the Supreme Court on Thursday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued Certificate of Return to the PDP Candidate, Sen. Douye Diri.
He will be sworn-in immediately as the newly-elected Governor of Bayelsa State.
