COVID-19: Chinese Provinces change hard emergency rules as 52,045 patients are cured

21 Chinese provinces in China have relaxed emergence rules as 52,045 patients have received their healings.
This was contained in a Newsletter by AfricanChina Press Centre.

As of 24:00 March 4, on Chinese mainland, 80409 (+139)confirmed cases reported, 67466 cases in Hubei (83.9%), 49671 cases in Wuhan (61.77%, 73.62% of Hubei) 52045 (+2189)people had been discharged from hospital after recovery, 40479 people in Hubei (77.78%), 26316 people in Wuhan (50.56%, 65.01% of Hubei).

The death toll was 3012 (+31) (morality rate 3.75%), 2902 deaths in Hubei (96.35%, mortality rate 4.3%), 2305 deaths in Wuhan (76.53%, mortality rate 4.64% ).

The mortality rate in Chinese provinces and cities other than Wuhan was 2.3% (707 deaths out of 30738 cases)
The mortality rate outside Hubei province was 0.85% (110 deaths out of 12943 cases) 522 suspected cases, 315 cases in Hubei (60.34%), 247 cases in Wuhan (47.32%, 78.41% of Hubei)
The number of confirmed cases in the China’s Hong Kong (104, incl. 2 death, 43 cured) and Macao (10, incl. 9 cured) special administrative regions and Taiwan province (42, incl. 1 death, 12 cured) had risen to 156 in total, according to the commission
