Ganduje Mourns Aliko Koki’s Mother

Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has mourned the death of Hajiya A’isha Aliko Koki, mother of his close political ally and Director-General of Ganduje 2019 Campaign Organization, Alhaji Nasiru Aliko Koki, describing her as a mother to all.

According to a Statement by Ganduje’s Chief Press Secretary, Comrade Abba Anwar, the death of the mother of Alhaji Nasiru Aliko Koki, the Director General, Ganduje Campaign Organisation 2019, Hajiya A’isha Aliko Koki, has been described as a great and irreplaceable loss to the family and Kano state in general.

The Statement stated that Ganduje described Aliko’s mother as the mother of the entire state and prayed for Allah’s forgiveness and blessings for her gentle soul, while urging her sons and daughters to continue from where she stopped in terms of serving humanity.

Ganduje added that the death left a great vacuum in the family and the state in general.

“It is with great shock and prayers that I, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Kano state Governor, on behalf of the government and the good people of Kano state, condole with the families of Hajiya A’isha Aliko Koki, the mother of Alhaji Nasiru Aliko Koki, our mother also. We pray for Allah’s forgiveness and blessings to her gentle soul,” he said.

Ganduje further stated that Koki’s mother lived an exemplary life that benefited all those around her, adding that, “may Allah continue to bless what she left behind and guide them to continue following her good steps.

“As she left behind an indelible mark of honour, good character and sterling leadership qualities that were used to shape her family members to greater heights.”
