Confirmed : Another Talented Nigerian Teenager Completes Move To Huddersfield Town

Allnigeriasoccer.com understands another talented Nigerian teenager has been signed by Huddersfield Town ahead of the 2020-2021 season.
Through their official website, Huddersfield Town introduced nine new Academy players, including David Adewoju and Charles Nduwuisi-Ondoh, that will begin the new season with the U17 squad

London-born Adewoju has confirmed to this website that he is eligible to represent the Nigerian national teams through his parents who are both Nigerians.

A central defender by trade, he is joining the Terriers from the academy team of Millwall.

Born November 21, 2003, Adewoju and the eight other new academy players visited visited Town’s Canalside training complex this week.
He will train under coaches Danny Schofield, Jon Worthington, George Danaher and Oran Thompson in the 2020-2021 campaign, and is in contention to feature in the EFL Youth Alliance.

Super Eagles star, Omeruo, cleared to resume training with CD Leganes

Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo has been given the medical all-clear by CD Leganes doctors to resume training with the demoted La Liga club ahead of the upcoming season, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.

The central defender passed the COVID-19 PCR and serological tests conducted on Tuesday, August 11.
The Super Eagle and his teammates at Leganes will hold their first pre-season workout at Instalación Deportiva Butarque on Thursday, starting from 0900 hours.
The future of Omeruo at Leganes has been the subject of speculation in recent weeks as he continues to be linked with a departure from Los Pepineros after they lost their top-flight status on the final day of last season.
Turkish and Spanish clubs are monitoring his situation with a view to a swoop before the close of the summer transfer window.
Omeruo has 51 career appearances to his name in La Liga and logged 4,312 minutes, scoring one goal.
His contract with Leganes expires at the end of the 2023-2024 season.
