A group known as Edo Equity and Emancipation Movement, EMM has said People’s Democratic Party PDP Will Win the incoming governorship election in the state by landslide.
The President of the Movement Mr. George Momoh Abudu stated this in Auchi after a meeting of the group yesterday. He said Gov. Obaseki is a trusted and reliable leader who has greatly touches the lives of Edo people especially the youths.
According to Abubu more than eighty percent of Edo people are with the Governor who has fulfilled most of the promises he made to the people four years ago.
He said Edo Equity and Emancipation Movement would go to every part of Edo State to campaign and draw supports for PDP in the next month election.
He vow that the group would mobilise the people across boards and of voting age to come out in mass and support PDP in order to return Gov. Obaseki back to power.
He explained that the incoming election is all about the people of Edo and their future in order to end godfatherism in the state and usher in a peaceful and progressives development.
The President said, they are collectively working with Pensioners and Women who are the true friends of Gov. Obaseki.
He said they are going to tour the 18 Local Government Areas of the state before the election for massive votes for the PDP.
