Buhari reappoints Ugbo as MD of NDPHC

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday renewed the appointment of Mr. Joseph Chiedu Ugbo as the Managing Director of Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC) for another four years.

The President also reappointed Messrs Babayo Shehu and Ifeoluwa Oyedele as Executive Directors of the NDPHC, also for four years.

A statement issued by the office of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, explained that the reappointments take effect from August 25, 2020.

The statement added that “the appointment of three additional directors have also been approved for more effective and efficient coverage of the company’s areas of activity”.
