FRSC warns motorists against reckless driving in Abuja South

The Unit Commander Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in charge of Yangoji Commad a suburb of Kwali Area Council, Mr. Aminu Shu’aibu has warned against reckless driving along Abuja-Lokoja axis.

Shu’aibu made this known in a chat with newsmen in his office while tasking motoring public especially commercial drivers to adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations at all times.

The UC said that the Command under him would not fold arms to allow residents and other road users violating traffic along the busy road just as he enjoined motorists to maintain the recommended 100 speed limits.

The Assistant Corps Commander reiterated commitment to deploy personnel along the road to ease traffic congestion just as he warned Okada riders to desist from using one way and making unnecessary U-turn.

The commander warned against dangerous over taking and over speeding during the rainy season just as he tasked them to ensure their wifers and break light functions optimally.

He encouraged okada riders to be making use of safely helmate while on the road with a view to safeguard their lives in the event of accident.

The Yangoji FRSC head enjoined flight operators to install speed limiting devise in their vehicle just as he implored motoring public to plan their journey and avoid traveling at whatever circumstances.
