Pastor Muoka commiserates with his counterpart, Pastor Adeboye over son’s death

From Cyriacus Nnaji, Lagos

General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement Pastor Lazarus Muoka on behalf of the Lord’s Chosen Ministry has expressed his most sincere sympathy to The General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch A. ADEBOYE and the entire members of the RCCG at the passing away of Pastor Dare Adeboye a son and co-worker in God’s Vineyard.

According to a press statement signed by the Director, Public Relations Office of the Chosen, Pastor Louis Chidi and titled “We commiserate with you, Pastor A. Adeboye and all members of RCCG on the death of Pastor Dare Adeboye,” Muoka said “We understand how difficult it is to bear the loss of a loved one but we want you to take consolation in the fact that there is life after death and God being with you, the fortitude to bear the pain is assured. “

Pastor Muoka further posited “All true believers felt the pain given the fact that a good soldier in the army of the Lord of which we are among the conscripted is no longer physically with us in spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ but we are consoled with the fact that we shall meet again to part no more.”

Speaking about Apostle Paul and what he said to the Thessalonians as basis of his consolation, Muoka stated ‘In his exhortation to all believers, Apostle Paul asserts to the Thessalonians, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him” (1Thes. 4: 14). This should be enough for our consolation.’

He ended by praying the members of RCCG, “May the joy of the Lord be your strength and comfort all of you during this difficult time in Jesus name.”
