Passing out of Army recruits rescheduled for Saturday

The Nigerian Army on Tuesday announced that 80 Regular Recruits Intake into the Nigerian Army will pass out on Saturday.


Assistant Director Public Relations, Capt. Audu Arigu stated this in a press release.

He said to the ceremony will hold at the RSM Hama Kim Parade Ground by 0800Hrs (8:00am) Nigerian Time.


Late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru and his entourage will billed to attend the event  scheduled to hold on Saturday 22 May 2021 before the plane crash that claimed their lives on Friday.


Passing-Out-Parade is one of the series of activities lined up to mark the end of the rigorous training involved in the process of making a soldier. 


It is the climax of Recruits intensive training in Depot Nigerian Army. 


The ceremony showcases the height of military discipline and regimentation.
