Former NSCDC Boss, Gana Bags Award

Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, the immediate past Commandant-General of the NSCDC bags another highly esteemed award.

He achieved this milestone despite leaving office in January 2021 when he was laurelled alongside politicians, top government officials, entrepreneurs, civil servants, business moguls and academicians by the organizers of the famously acclaimed Democracy Heroes Awards.

He emerged on Friday June 10, 2021 as the sole winner of the Best Achieved Retired Public Servant of the year 2021 in a ceremony held at the Congress Hall of the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja.

To emerge winner is that category, Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu beat the revered veteran Prof. Attahiru Jega, the former INEC Chairman as well as the immediate past Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

While dedicating the Award to Almighty Allah for seeing him through his service to Nigeria at various capacities, AG Muhammadu appreciates his family, friends and well wishers for the unalloyed support he enjoyed from them.
