FCT Command gets new Public Relations Officer

A new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Adeh Josephine, has been posted to the  Federal Capital Territory Police Command.

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba, gave the approval on Tuesday.

The posting is with immediate effect.

According to a statement, before her current posting as the PPRO FCT, DSP Josephine was the second in command in charge of Strategic Communications at the Force Public Relations Department.

She was a one-time Deputy Police Adviser as a Police attaché in New York, United States of America. She is also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (ANIPR) and member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).

DSP Josephine who has taken up the responsibilities of the Police Public Relations Officer of the FCT Police Command, has, at a time, also attended the Advanced Detective Course at the Police Staff College, Jos.
