Teamwork Veritable Tool For Customer Satisfaction, KEDCO Boss Tells Staff

The Managing Dircector/Chief Executive Officer of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO), Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna has admonished staff of the company on the need to use team work as a veritable tool to achieve customer satisfaction for the growth of the company.

This was contained in a Statement signed by KEDCO’S Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. Ibrahim Sani Shawai, which indicated that Dr. Gwamna spoke during a meeting with the management and staff of the company.

According to the statement, Dr. Gwamna has restated his commitment and determination to moving the company forward through teamwork.

Dr. Gwamna stated that teamwork remained the best strategy for achieving KEDCO’s vision of becoming a hub of economic empowerment through safe and reliable power distribution.

According to him, teamwork has proven to be an effective means of growing any organisation due to the problem-solving synergy that it provides in addressing challenges.

“This is why we are constantly training and re-training our staff at all levels to create the needed oneness of mind while weaving ideas together to move KEDCO forward.

“The essence is to improve reliability of our supply as a means to boosting economic activities in Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states.

“We are engaging customers too because we consider them as partners and members of our team towards surmounting challenges in power distribution as it affects our franchise,” he said. 

The Kano DisCo boss urged staff to sustain the tempo of working in unity while strengthening all existing bonds in the interest of the company and the generality of KEDCO’s partners.
