BSTAN Commences Activities To Usher In ‘National House Fair 5.0’

As the residents of Abuja and beyond continue to anticipate, BSTAN Group has commenced activities to usher in the National House Fair 5.0 that will start on 7th through 9th, October, 2021.

The house fair which is slated to be held at the International Conference Centre Abuja, attracts dignitaries from all and sundry.

The Group Managing Director, Dr Becky Olubukola while addressing newsmen in Abuja on Tuesday, said that “the three ‘S’ of shelter in economic stability” which is the theme of this year’s House Fair talks about secure, standard and sustainability of housing.

Olubukola disclosed that the House Fair is about the citizens and what is necessary and doable to ensure that everyone secures a safe, durable and pocket friendly home.

“Without a standard, sustainable and safe structure, you don’t have a home. So when you talk about having a home these three “S” are very important in any home we are talking about – this is what we do and what we represent and that is what we are trying to talk about in the National House fair 5.0, this year.

“It’s about the people, a safe, and affordable home. it’s about what is doable and necessary for the citizens of Nigeria; it’s about ensuring that everybody is able to have a home – a safe and sustainable home for that matter; this is what House fair is all about this year,” Olubukola said

She further said that the House Fair is for everyone, therefore, everyone should expect affordable homes and be part of the sustainable structure that BSTAN Home is delivering across its 15 estates in Abuja and Lagos.

Also speaking, the coordinator of the National House Fair and General Manager of BSTAN group, Mrs Vivian Obi recounted her experience, organising the House Fair, explaining that this year’s edition is set to be one of its kind, considering the upgrades in place.

“This year is packed up, we have confirmed 11 Governors, we have dignitaries like Olusegun Obasanjo, the Vice President, Prof Osinbajo and others coming to grace the House Fair,” she said.

She added that the fair gives 10 lucky chances for 10 people to own 10 plots of land for free, while lands would be available as well at affordable rates that anybody can own, regardless of their social class.
