Sequel to the emergency security meeting held on Tuesday in Enugu by Igbo leaders and stakeholders, the Greater Igbo Forum, has slammed the Igbo leaders for excluding Nnadi Kanu case out of the issues discussed at the meeting.
The forum said that the South East region, are very disappointed with the inability of the Meeting to address the Fundamental Cause of the breakdown of Law and Order that we are suffering in South East – The continuous incarceration of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
They said, “As we have been consistently campaigning, an injury to one, is an injury to all. Our brother and son that has been languishing in DSS detention, deserves active sympathies from his kinsmen.
“We expected the Meeting to have extensively discussed his predicament. In the true Igbo spirit of “onye aghana nwanne ya,” and “Igwebuike;” an average Igbo person, expected our Leaders to have updated us on their plans of how to engage the Federal
