Kano Govt. Distributes Free Wireless Mifi To 44 Primary Healthcare Coordinators

No fewer than 44 Primary Healthcare Coordinators in Kano have received free wireless MiFi from the state Primary Healthcare Management Board.


 The Executive Secretary of the Board, Dr. Tijjani Hussain, who spoke during the distribution exercise, said the gesture was to enable them ensure prompt and timely transmission of data in all the activities of the board. 


“We shall continue to do our best in providing every available and necessary tool needed for the success of all our programs, therefore, I enjoin  you to do your best and complement this effort for the success of all of us,” he added.


He commended the state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, for his continuous support of the board in all undertakings, and pledged loyalty of the board in making the vision of his administration realizable.


In his opening remarks, the Director Pharmacy Board, Pharmacist  Abdulhamid Hamisu stressed the importance of data in planning & management as a necessary tools for measuring the impact of any work on any scale, he therefore commend the executive secretary for this giant milestone and being a pace setter in reforming the board in all aspect.


On his part, the IT Unit Manager   Mallam Hassan Hamisu Yau, after demonstrating how to use and connect the MiFi, stated that it is loaded with 25GB data, and that every month it will be renewed.


The MiFi was distributed to the users on behalf of the executive secretary by KSPHCMB Zonal Director, Rano, Bilyamin Zubair.
