The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Abuja Municipal Area Council, Suleiman Gwagwa has vowed to consolidate on the achievements of the present administration led by Hon. Abdullahi Adamu Candido, if elected in the forthcoming election.
He assured AMAC residents that the people oriented projects initiated by Candido would not be destroyed under him.
Gwagwa popularly call ‘Biggy’ by his supporters, explained that he would sustain all the achievements left behind by Candido’s administration.
In his words: “I will build on the achievements recorded by Hon. Abdullahi Candido if I am voted on February 12 as the next chairman to succeed him.
“There is no need destroying the legacies that Candido has put in place, with the full support of AMAC people I shall consolidate on them” he said.
The APC candidate gave the assurance when he addressed the Tiv Community that turn out en mass to receive him at Gbagalape, Nyanya ward in continuation of his campaign.
He said building on the legacy projects executed by Hon. Candido will help to sustain the good governance being enjoyed by the people of the Council in the last six years.
The Tiv Community, however promised to give their support to the candidate to succeed during the election.
