Nigerians owe military, other security intelligence agencies a debt of gratitude – Dr. Mike Uyi

In a reaction to the news of the safe release said Nigerians owe the military and the entire intelligence agencies a debt of gratitude for this show of professiolism and competent especially that of the Chief of Defence Staff, CDS General Lucky Irabor

Bandits on Wednesday released the remaining 23 victims of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.

In a statement, the Secretary, Chief of Defence Staff Action Committee, Prof. Usman Yusuf, said the seven-man presidential committee assembled by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Irabor, secured the release and took custody of the 23 remaining passengers.

Uyi described the victory as timely, proactive and prayers answered.

He said it is an assurance that normalcy would soon return to all parts of the country.

He further attributed the ongoing successful military operations to the enhanced synergy by all the military chiefs and other sister agencies, adding that Nigerians are united behind to support the fight against those bent on instilling fear in the populace.

According to him, the evil plot is to instill fear in Nigerians and make us take abnormality as a way of life.

“Indeed, the Armed Forces of Nigeria have continued to let the enemies of the country know that their evil desire for the country is unacceptable”, he said.
