Ambassador Husseini narrates virtues of humility In diplomacy

The Chief protocol to the ministry of foreign affairs , Ambassador Bello Husseini Kazaure, has carefully penned down his wealth of experiences over three decades on the role of humility in carrying out his diplomatic assignments titled” HUMILITY IN DIPLOMACY”.

The event pulled a number of dignitaries who were keen to listen and celebrate the life and time of Ambassador Bello.

The minister of foreign affairs, Mr Geoffery Onyeama while declaring the event open said he’s amazed that the author was able to gather such crowd even during working hours.

The minister while describing Amb Bello said the author’s ability to put up such a work ought to be duplicated by the youths, the minister noted that such a piece is apt in present diplomatic practices stressing that humility does not in denote weakness rather it shows how strong we are.

Mr Onyeama further described the author as a passionate, committed and professional fellow who is excellent in his practices.

The author who was overwhelmed with emotions expressed his gratitude to God for life and ability to put down his experiences which will be of encouragement to young people.

The envoy said his successes were achievable with supports from his family and colleagues, noting that humility in the face of challenges will surely produce positive results.

The book was later reviewed by prof Bola Akintowa who went further to described the authors experience as vast, concise and relevant in surmounting the present day diplomatic challenges.

Other personalities in attendance were the Emir of kano His Royal Highness Aminu Ado Bayero, Minister for Digital Economy Prof Isa Ali Pantami, the FCT minister Senator Mohammed Bello amongst others.
