Members of the Rivers State House of Assembly loyal to former Governor Nyesom Wike on Thursday resumed sitting as the political drama in the state continues.
The lawmakers resumed legislative activities in the auditorium of the House of Assembly Quarters.
The legislators condemned the demolition of the Assembly Complex by the State Government under the leadership of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, describing it as illegal.
Their meeting came a day after the state government demolished the State Assembly complex and also presented his budget address to the four members of the house who refused to defect to the APC.
