Plateau National Assembly Caucus resolve to prioritize state interests

Plateau State indigenes in the National Assembly has pledged to work together across party lines, tribe, and religion to prioritize the state’s interests.

Senator Diket Plang (APC-Plateau) made the commitment at a welcome ceremony organized by the Plateau State Indigenes’ Forum in the National Assembly (PIFNASS).

He emphasized the need for unity to restore Plateau’s glory days and make it a home for all Nigerians and foreigners.

Rep. John Dafaan (APC-Plateau) echoed the sentiment, urging PIFNASS to partner with lawmakers to attract democratic dividends for the people.

The President of PIFNASS, Mr. Caleb Danfulani, stressed the importance of unity and collaboration to achieve common goals and promote the well-being of Plateau indigenes.

Dr. Paul Adiwu, Chairman of the organizing committee, reminded lawmakers of their sacred trust to serve their constituents’ interests and urged them to remain committed to the state’s progress and development.

The lawmakers and PIFNASS members however agreed to work together to attract developmental projects to Plateau and ensure a brighter future for the state and nation.
