Breaking: Kaduna Agog as Gov Sani Storms Student-centric Summit

Kaduna State was abuzz with excitement yesterday as Governor Uba Sani stormed the Students’ Development Summit, a student-centric gathering that showcased his administration’s commitment to education.

The summit, themed “Student-Centric Governance: Celebrating 365 Days of Senator Uba Sani’s Impactful Leadership,” was a testament to the governor’s dedication to transforming the educational landscape of Kaduna State.

In a keynote address that electrified the audience, Governor Sani highlighted his administration’s achievements in the education sector, including the allocation of 25% of the state budget to education, reduction of tuition fees for state-owned tertiary institutions, and the construction of 62 new schools.

The governor also shared his personal experience as the Northern Coordinator of the Gani Fawehinmi Scholarship Scheme, which empowered 200 brilliant but indigent students from Northern Nigeria to achieve their academic dreams.

With his characteristic passion and conviction, Governor Sani assured the students of President Tinubu’s commitment to improving the lives of Nigerians, particularly the youths. He urged them to shun protests and engage in constructive dialogues on students’ issues, promising to address their concerns through a blueprint developed by his Senior Special Assistant on Student Matters.

The students, in turn, pledged to support the governor’s initiatives and work towards a peaceful and prosperous Kaduna State.

A close associate of the governor, Alhaji Aminu Zaria has this to say: “As the summit drew to a close, it was clear that Governor Sani’s administration had truly made a significant impact on the lives of Kaduna State students. The future looks bright indeed”.
