Abuja’s hospitality scene is set to witness a remarkable addition as Adenike Adeeko, the Chief Executive Officer of Whiskey Mistress, prepares to unveil her latest venture, Lórien Restaurant, on November 1, 2024.
In a statement ahead of the grand opening, Adeeko, a leading figure in the capital’s culinary and entertainment industry, shared her vision for the new establishment.
“Lórien” is described as a destination of elegance and enchantment, inspired by fantasy worlds, according to the entrepreneur. She explained that the name reflects a sense of timeless beauty and serenity, promising guests a luxurious and immersive dining experience.
“In the context of the restaurant, Lórien feels like an escape into a world of charm and sophistication, with a blend of fantasy and French culinary traditions,” Adeeko said.
Building on the success of Whiskey Mistress—known for its fusion of luxury and top-tier service—Adeeko aims to take Abuja’s fine dining to a new level with Lórien.
Though the menu remains under wraps, sources suggest it will feature French-inspired cuisine combined with modern culinary techniques, all within an environment designed to captivate the senses.
The entrepreneur also hinted that Lórien will go beyond offering fine dining, delivering an immersive experience for guests.
“We want our guests to feel as though they are stepping into a world of fantasy, with every detail—from the decor to the cuisine—carefully curated to create an unforgettable experience,” she added.
With just days remaining until the launch, Abuja’s residents, especially its elite and food enthusiasts, are eagerly anticipating what is expected to be one of the year’s most exciting hospitality openings.
The November 1 event is expected to draw influential figures from across the city, all keen to experience the magic that Lórien Restaurant promises to bring to the capital.
