All is now ready for the burial of Mrs.Fidelia Chijiago Ogbonna aged 91 years, the beloved mother of HRH Eze Pharmacist Emeka Ogbonna, Inyi 111 of Amainyi autonomous community in Ihitte Uboma Local Government Area of Imo State.
The burial which takes place this Thursday 19th of December, 2024 at her late husband ancestral home, High Priest Silas Ezeigbo Ogbonna Okereke of Umuezeanyaku Amaokwe Amainyi autonomous community after a requiem mass at St. Theresa Chibugwumba Catholic church Amainyi.
Mama Emeka as the deceased was popularly known and called, was a role model to many, mother of all, a renowned community leader and patriotic in her services to God and humanity.
She loved her husband with passion and humility just as she equally trained her children with the fear of God and respect to humanity.
Mama Emeka was woman of the people, a disciplinarian of repute, a cheerful giver, an Ambassador of Christ and a succour to the less privileged members of the society.
According to her first son who by destiny is the traditional ruler of the ancient community, ” her death is a serious minus in the community. She was an epitome of social justice and an apostle of truth. Her commitments in God’s vineyards were examplary and infectious. We dearly missed her motherly roles but our solace is that she lived a good life and impacted lives”.
Eze Ogbonna popularly known as Eze Ohazurumee beckoned on his friends, well wishers, associates and members of the community to rally round the family at this time of grief and sorrows as they advanced plans of giving the deceased a befitting burial in commiserate with her faith.
