Ohanaeze youths congratulate Mark Okoye on appointment as MD of SEDC

The Youth wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, led by Mazi Chukwuma Opkalaezeukwu, has congratulated Hon. Mark Okoye, on his well deserved appointment by the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed forces of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the pioneer Managing Director of the freshly created South East Development Commission (SEDC) .

Ohanaeze Youths in their message signed by the National Publicity Secretary, Mazi Chika Art Adiele, made available to newsmen in Enugu, described the appointment as a testament to Hon. Mark Okoye’s sterling leadership qualities and exceptional brilliance in his previous assignment as a former Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning and the MD/CEO Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency.

The apex body of all Igbo Youth Organizations stated, “Wth the appointment of young Okoye, Mr President, has indeed demonstrated his unwavering support and fatherly love towards igbo youths which has gone a long way in showcasing a new renaissance and absolute Renewal of our hope for a better, united and prosperous nation that we all shall be proud of.

“We firmly believe that Hon Mark Okoye, will re-enact a robust administrative framework that will reposition Ala Igbo as the pride of the nation”.

In a similar vein , the apex Igbo Youths body, said they are celebrating with all well meaning Nigerians on the election of Rt. Hon Nnamdi Odoh, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing Leader in Enugu State, over his swearing in as the South East Zonal Chairman of Councillors Forum.

Ohanaeze Youths described Rt. Hon Nnamdi Odoh, who is a two term Councillor and Legislative Leader of Obollo Afor Ward in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State , as a grassroot mobilizer extraordinary.

Ohanaeze Youths said, “his election to this exalted position is undoubtedly a milestone for Igbo Youtthis in Enugu state and South East in general”.
