A group called Journalist Friends of Masari (JFM) has congratulated Hon. Aminu Masari, former Governor of Katsina State and current Chairman of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), on his 75th birthday. The group’s president, Kikelomo Ahmed, signed a congratulatory message praising Masari’s remarkable leadership and achievements.
Ahmed described Masari as a trailblazer, citing his exemplary leadership style that endeared him to people from all walks of life. During his tenure as Speaker, Masari reportedly touched lives and carried his colleagues along, maintaining a vibrant House with a clean slate for four years.
As Governor, Masari’s leadership style was marked by delivering dividends of democracy, which earned him widespread appreciation. His ability to connect with people and deliver on his promises has been commended by many.
The JFM group also congratulated Masari on his current role as Chairman of TETFUND, wishing him God’s abundant blessings as he pilots the affairs of the organization to greater heights of excellence. Masari’s appointment as TETFUND Chairman was previously hailed by the APC Grassroots Governance Group (APC G3) as a well-deserved recognition of his leadership skills.
Other groups have also commended Masari’s leadership, including Mrs. Esther Onyinyechukwu Ukachukwu, a member of the TETFUND Board of Trustees, who appreciated his commitment to changing the face of tertiary education in the country.
