As part of efforts to ensure that there are pocket friendly houses with state-of-the-art facilities for Abuja residents, T Pumpy Concepts Limited is set to unveil the T Pumpy Garden City in Karsana East, Abuja in September, 2025.
Confirming its readiness, Akintayo Adaralegbe Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, T Pumpy Concept Limited in a statement on Tuesday explained that the new estate was part of the company’s efforts to make homeownership affordable and accessible to Nigerians, while also contributing to sustainable community development in the Federal Capital Territory.
Throwing more light on the features of the new home he said, “T Pumpy Garden City is designed to combine modern living with comfort and security. The estate comes with Federal Capital Territory Administration Certificates of Occupancy (CofO), guaranteeing full legal ownership and peace of mind for all subscribers. As with every project we deliver, transparency and integrity remain central, ensuring that clients can invest with confidence.
“The estate will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet the needs of residents. He said that flexible payment plans and other promotional incentives to ensure that the project is pocket friendly.
“To ensure affordability, we are introducing a special promotional sales campaign that begins on September 1 and runs until October 31, 2025. During this period, we are offering plots at discounted prices. For initial deposit, buyers can choose between 500 square meters for five million naira, 300 square meters for four million naira, and 200 square meters for three million naira to secures a plot and subscribers can spread the balance across three months, six months, or one year.
“To support all subscribers we are also offering cement incentives ranging from thirty to one hundred bags, depending on the plot size and payment plan”.
He said that the goal of the union is not simply to sell land but to create opportunities for families, young professionals, and investors to own property in a prime location without being excluded by cost. This is our way of addressing the housing deficit and ensuring that homeownership is achievable for more people, he added.
He said that though the houses are affordable, quality was not compromised.
