Currently the Marketing Manager at FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Nigeria’s top dairy company, she oversees strategy development, portfolio management and communication for one of the country’s most iconic dairy brands.
With a career spanning personal care, food and beverage, and non-profit sectors, Banjoko has successfully driven product launches, redefined brand positioning, and executed integrated marketing campaigns that continue to shape consumer behaviour in Nigeria.
Her work on brands such as Carex, Imperial Leather, Three Crowns and Peak Milk highlights her ability to blend creativity with analytics, delivering strategies that not only strengthen brand equity but also improve market share and revenue growth.
Banjoko’s professional journey began at the British Council in Lagos, where she worked as a Communications Assistant, before joining PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc as a management trainee. It was there that she discovered her life-long passion for marketing after witnessing a transformative brand strategy presentation that left her “hooked.”
Leveraging her strong analytical foundation from a background in engineering, she transitioned seamlessly into marketing, where she continues to excel.
Today, she plays a pivotal role in sustaining Peak Milk’s market leadership, ensuring that the 70-year-old brand continues to nourish Nigerian families and maintain its promise of promoting healthy lifestyles.
