Comrade Grace Ike, Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) FCT Correspondents Chapel, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid-el-Maulud.
The celebration marks the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S W A), and Ike urged Muslims to embrace his teachings, emphasizing love, peace, tolerance, and unity.
In a message, Ike, the immediate past chairman of the House of Representatives Press Corps, prayed that the Prophet’s teachings continue to guide Muslims towards a harmonious and united society.
She noted that Eid-el-Maulud is a significant day to reflect on the Prophet’s exemplary leadership, tolerance, and kindness, and encouraged all to emulate these virtues in their daily lives.
Ike wished Muslims a joyous and peaceful celebration, hoping it brings joy, blessings, and renewed hope to all.
The NUJ leader’s message resonated with the spirit of unity and harmony, aligning with the values of Eid-el-Maulud.
In conclusion, Ike wished Muslims in the FCT, Nigeria, and worldwide a happy Eid-el-Maulud, saying “Eid Mubarak to all Muslims, may this special day bring you peace, love, and happiness.”
