Ighele, Aboyeji, Akanji, others for Christian media forum

The General Superintendent of Holy Spirit Mission (aka), Happy Family, Rev Charles Ighele, the General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria, Rev Sam Aboyeji, the National President of Nigeria Baptist Convention, Rev Israel Akanji and others have been billed to grace 2024 the End of the Year Forum organized by Association of Christian Correspondents of Nigeria (ACCoN).

The event will hold on Thursday, December 5th, 2024, at Vineyard Christian Ministries, 34/36 Isolo Way, Off Int’l Airport Road, Lagos.

The theme for this year’s event is “The Church: Entrepreneurship and Innovation for a Prosperous Nigeria.

In a statement issued by ACCoN President, Adeola Ogunlade, the forum aims to foster meaningful conversations around the Church’s pivotal role in advancing national development through entrepreneurship and innovation. Ogunlade emphasized the importance of leveraging the Church’s influence and resources to create sustainable opportunities, reduce poverty, and contribute to a prosperous Nigeria.

“The Church has always been a driving force for societal transformation, and this forum will explore how faith-based communities can lead the charge in economic innovation and nation-building,” Ogunlade said.

The event promises to provide a platform for strategic discussions, networking, and inspiration for attendees, as it brings together stakeholders committed to creating a more prosperous Nigeria.

Other special guests include the Lagos State Chairman of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Rev Yemi Davids, Kingdom, Pastor Akin Akinpelu, the Senior Pastor of Eden Centre, The Senior of The Fair Havens Kingdom Centre, Pastor Christian Chukwuekezie, The Chairman of OAIC Lagos State, Apostle General Julius G, The Executive Director, Media Career Development Network, Mr. Lekan Otufodunrin, among others.
