The Emir of Borgu, Barr. Muhammed Sani Haliru Dantoro, Kitoro IV, Mai Borgu, has condoled President Muhammadu Buhari on the death of his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari.
In a statement from the Gbemusu Palace, New Bussa on Saturday, the Emir described late Kyari as very cerebral, deligent, brilliant lawyer and a passionate Nigerian who served the country well.
He said: “On behalf of myself, the Borgu traditional council and the entire people of Borgu Kingdom, I wish to condole with President Muhammadu Buhari over the death of MALLAM ABBA KYARI (Chief of staff to the president).
“The news of Mr Kyari’s death is a painful one to not only his family but to Nigerians at Large. Late Kyari have exhibited high level of professionalism and deligence in both his private and public service. He was a very cerebral, deligent, brilliant lawyer and a passionate Nigerian who served this country well.
“I pray Allah (SWT) comfort Mr. President, The kyari’s family and grant him Aljannah firdaus. Amin.
