It was indeed a night of glitz, glamour and razzmatazz as the management of top movie streaming platform, Showmax, made a public presentation of the latest addition to their numerous film and video contents at the premiere of the Real Housewives of Abuja at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel
The event, which turned out as a night of glamour and razzmatazz kicked off with a brief opening remark by the General Manager of Showmax Opeoluwa Filani, who promised their subscribers that the unveiling of the Real Housewives of Abuja is going to mark the first among the numerous other contents that are lined up for the year
According to the youthful GM, the Real Housewives franchise was successfully experimented with the Real Housewives of Lagos, hence the need to explore the capital city of Abuja with the same franchise.
Also speaking, Delmwa Deshi- Kura, Creative Director of Delmedia Productions, (producers of the reality show), promised viewers a very exciting experience with the Real Housewives of Abuja, while also thanking the management of Showmax for making the project happen
The exclusive audience at the night were treated to some clips of the exciting first episode of the series, after which the compere invited the glamorously dressed 6 ladies that featured as cast in the Real Housewives of Abuja, they were engaged in a brief chitchat after which, the beautiful night was drawn to a close for the main event while activating the post event red carpet session which rolled into the dead of the night
Six women living in Abuja will be showcasing their intriguing personalities and relationships.
These women are the new faces of the latest iteration of The Real Housewives franchise, the Real Housewives of Abuja. They are;
Samatha Homossany ( Wellness Entrepreneur and Creative Director of Zohi Taglit)
Arafa (Creative Director and Founder of Selara Lifestyle)
OJ Posharella (Marketing Influencer and CEO of Posharella Empire)
Princess Jecoco (Lawyer and Hotelier)
Tutupie (Chef and Event Curator)
The highly anticipated series is slated to premiere on the Showmax platform on the 17th of February 2023
