Disturbed by lack of Federal presence in Ngor Okpuala / Aboh Mbaise Federal Constituency of Imo State, in terms of infrastructural developments and transformations, Attorney Mathew Nwaogu said that the mandate his constituents gave to him is for effective and qualitative representations of the people.
Nwaogu who’s popularly known and addressed as Eziaha Ka Ego ( good name is better than money), was recently elected to the nation’s Green Chamber under the political platform of Labour Party, LP, made this known while addressing media executives at his country home, Eziala Umuohiagu in Ngor Okpuala Council area of Imo State last Saturday. on the expectations of his constituents while representing them at the House of Representatives, Abuja.
The international legal luminary vowed to purse vigorously the institutionalization of Nigerian youths development and empowerment programmes through legislative frameworks insisting on the need for the nation’s recognition of her youths as their bedrock for future development and transformation.
He also lamented bitterly on the environmental degradation which his federal constituency is deeply enmeshed and prayed to address it using his legislative and personal contacts.
While thanking God for using his constituents in achieving his age long life ambition of serving them selflessly and meritoriously, he vehemently promised to employ his wealths of experiences and exposures in ensuring that Nigerians gets living wage as against the present treachery minimum wage.
The astute politician described himself as an apostle in the vineyard of restructuring Nigeria, noting restructuring as the veritable antidote to instill natural justice, equity and fairness in Nigeria as a nation.
He further described the incoming 10th National Assembly as an assemblage of like minds that are committed to good, visionary and purposeful leadership and governance in Nigeria through robust legislative activities.
Nwaogu who decried the level of insecurities in Nigeria also reassured to restore discipline and sanity through effective legislative tools just as he advised Nigerian youths on the need to embrace patience, resilience and persistence in all their endeavors.
