Following the attempt to break another world record , Ebonyi state Government led by Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has felicitated and congratulated MC Walter Chukwuemeka, a popular comedian in Ebonyi state for attempting to break another world record through his 130 hours Entertainment Marathon in the state.
They governor stated this in a press statement by Commissioner for Information and state Orientation, Mr. Jude Okpor said he has done the state proud by demonstrating the adventurous unwavering, and resilient spirit of Ebonyi man at the world map.
He further prayed God to strengthen him to accomplish this great feat for the overall wellbeing of mankind.
The statement reads thus, `Dear MC Walter, may I congratulate you on behalf of the government, people and lovers of our dear state on your ongoing attempt at setting a world record of 130 hours Entertainment Marathon.
`You have done our state proud by demonstrating the adventurous, resilient and unwavering Ebonyi spirit thus far. We are proud of you.
`As we watch you progress in this endeavour, it is my most fervent prayer that the Almighty God grants you the strength to achieve this great feat.
