Ogunbiyi Bags Fellowship of NSE The Permanent Secretary, Career Management Office (CMO), Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF), Engr. Marcus Ogunbiyi, P.hd., has been conferred with the Award of Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) for his several accomplishments and wealth of experience, as well as outstanding contributions to the field of Engineering and Administration in Nigeria. Dr. Ogunbiyi, an Agricultural Engineer, was one of the 118 Conferees’ at the 2023 Quarterly Dinner/Conferment of Fellowship held on July 26, 2023, in Abuja. The Permanent Secretary has, in recent times, authored a number of scientific research papers published in various local and international journals on rice and horticultural crops production and processing.
