From Enyinna Omoke, Abakaliki
The Deputy Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Onah Chinedu Ogba, in bid to ensure health care delivery and respond to the basic needs of the people has partnered with the Rotary Club of Abakaliki-South to provide healthcare services to the constituents.
Rotary Calub is an international organization with the mission of providing life-saving services to humanity, promote integrity, advance world understanding, and peace through fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.
The President of Rotary Club of Abakaliki-South, Achor Amilian, while appreciating the Deputy Speaker for a fruitful partnership which address the health challenges of the people, charged constituents not to relent in supporting the lawmaker who has practically shown his love for the people.
The exercise which took place at Abarigwe secondary school, Ngbo, featured so many healthcare services including: free medical services, distribution of mosquitoe net, Malaria screening and treatment, polio Immunization and so many others.
Mr. Omaka Joseph Ogeh, Mrs Ngozi Ijike and Mr. Omogo Raphael Ituma who spoke in appreciation to the Deputy Speaker, said that they have never had it so good and pledged their total support to the present administration under governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
The people applauded the efforts of the Deputy Speaker over the years, saying that he has achieved alot for the peace, growth and development of his constituents.
