US ex-congressman Moran advocates for Biafra Independent under BRGIE

A Former Congressman Jim Moran has advocated for Biafra Liberation under the Biafra Republic Government In-Exile.

Simon Ekpa, the Prime Minister of BRGIE  disclosed this through his X handle on Friday.

Accordingly, Moran justified his advocacy on Biafra Independent on the 1967-1970 Civic War which he said left about Two million Biafra dead and the continued marginalization of the southeast region by the Nigerian government.

Consequently, under a $10K per month contract with BRGIE that went into effect on June 15, 2024, Moran and his firm are expected to lobby to gain US support for Biafra’s independence.

Moran raised alarm on the Government of Nigeria, human rights abuses, religious freedom issues, persecution of Christians, increasing Islamic fundamentalism within the Nigerian government and its alignment with U.S. adversaries.

Moran, a Democrat, represented the northern Virginia communities of Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax County in the US, for 24 years.
